These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE regulate the access and use of the Virtual Community of Forest Resources of the University of Pinar del Río by the users (hereinafter: UPR).
The UPR may update what is exposed in this document at any time, as well as issue other legal notices, guidelines and / or regulations of use that, as the case may be, will replace, complete and / or modify the provisions herein. The objective of the CVRF is the disclosure of resources related to the agroforestry and environmental non-profit sector, so that the intellectual property of the resources that come outside its academic scope (third parties, by legal mandate or express authorization, have conferred the UCI the authorization of use or exploitation of it), will be fully respected.
The elements of the community, such as services, information, trademarks, logos, distinctive signs, slogans, commercial names, utility models, industrial designs, text, graphics, drawings, photographs, videos, audio visuals, sounds, domain names included in this website, are property of the UPR. No reproduction, modification, derivation, sale, distribution, public display or any other direct or indirect use for commercial or profit purposes of the materials and contents available here is permitted.
